Neelam Dhawan

Neelam Dhawan is a business executive with over two decades of experience in the IT industry. Neelam is currently the Director at Capita, and has previously held senior positions at Yatra Online Inc, IBM, Ecosystm, ICICI Bank, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Neelam Dhawan started their career in the early 1990s, when they joined Hewlett Packard as a sales executive. Neelam quickly rose through the ranks and became the Managing Director of HP India in 2008. During their seven-year tenure at HP, Neelam helped grow the company's India business significantly.

In 2005, Neelam left HP to join Microsoft as the Managing Director of Microsoft India. Neelam spent three years at Microsoft, during which time they helped the company establish a strong presence in India.

In 2008, Neelam left Microsoft to join HP again as the Managing Director of HP India. Neelam spent seven years at HP, during which time they helped grow the company's India business significantly.

In 2015, Neelam left HP to join Capita as the Director. Neelam has been with Capita for over two years and has helped the company establish a strong presence in India.

Neelam Dhawan attended the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration in marketing. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in economics at St. Stephen's College in Delhi.
