The current executive team at Capita has a wealth of experience in the energy sector. The CEO, Stephen Phipson, has previously worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Amec Foster Wheeler and Senior Vice President, Completions and Production Division at Halliburton. The VP of Innovation and Marketing, Julie Baker, has also worked in the oil and gas industry for Landmark Graphics Corporation. Both Phipson and Baker have degrees in geology from the University of Reading and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, respectively.
