Senior Paralegal, Detained Adult Program at Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition

Keara Scallan is a Senior Paralegal at Capital Area Immigrants'​ Rights (CAIR) Coalition, where Keara provides legal services and orientation to non-citizen adults detained by ICE and children in ORR facilities. Prior to this, Keara has experience as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Sandra Guzman-Salvado and as a Manager at The Oberlin 'Sco. Keara also worked as a Research Assistant at Oberlin College and as a Leadership Fellow at The Global Language Network. Keara has a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Oberlin College.
