Tolly Colby

Tolly Colby is a Program Associate at Capital Area Immigrants'​ Rights (CAIR) Coalition. Prior to this role, Tolly worked as a Paralegal at Independence Pet Group and as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Tolly also has experience as an Investigative Intern at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland and as an Intern at the Scottish Parliament. Tolly holds a Master's degree in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
