Andria Saia

Andria Saia, Ed.D, JD, currently serves as the Executive Director of Capital Area Intermediate Unit, a position held since December 2017. Prior to this role, Andria Saia was the Assistant Superintendent at Chester Upland School District from March 2013 to December 2017 and the Director of Alternative Education Services at Delaware County Intermediate Unit from November 2009 to March 2013. Andria Saia began a legal career as an attorney at Levin Legal Group from April 1999 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Neumann University, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, a Master’s degree in Education from West Chester University, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Widener University Schools of Law.
