Antoinette Earthly-Pierre

Antoinette Earthly-Pierre serves as the Secretary of the CATS Board of Commissioners. She is the Project Manager for the City of Baton Rouge Performance Partnership Pilot for Disconnected Youth in the Office of the Mayor-President. Pierre previously served as a principal in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System for more than 13 years. She also served as a Principal Coach, Program Consultant and Adolescent Literacy Consultant with the Louisiana Department of Education and has worked as a private educational consultant.

Pierre graduated from Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 and also received a master's degree in Educational Leadership in 1999 from Southern University. She is an active member of several professional, community and civic organizations, including Bench and Bar wives, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, International Reading Association, League of Urban Cities Network and Metro Morphosis.
