Drew Fitzgerald

Drew Fitzgerald is a Marketing Specialist at Capital Area Workforce Development, where strategic marketing efforts focus on the Five Stars program to connect job seekers with careers in the hotel industry, alongside creating content for grant-funded initiatives. As a Podcast Host and Producer for Inside The Mine, Drew researches and scripts episodes while handling vocal production in FL Studio. Previous experience includes serving as a 2022 CGI U Program Fellow with the Clinton Global Initiative, planning a media literacy education module, and facilitating the Emerging Leaders Program at UNC Charlotte. Drew has also held positions in media, including hosting podcasts, managing social media for the Niner Times, and serving as a Resident Advisor in housing and residence life. Drew holds a degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
