Opeyemi Olayinka

Opeyemi Olayinka is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with extensive experience in internal audit and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Control at Capital Bancorp Plc since September 2023, Opeyemi has previously held pivotal roles at CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd, where achievements included conducting a significant data cleanup exercise that enhanced customer relationships. Opeyemi's earlier experience includes working as an Accounting and Control Officer at Nahman Construction Co. Nig. Ltd., contributing to cost savings and project evaluations, and as a Financial Accounting and Economics Teacher at Komfex Group of Schools. Opeyemi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, obtained in 2015.
