Yifei Chen

Yifei Chen has extensive experience in internal control and internal audit across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Internal Control and Internal Audit for both AMS and the US at SHEIN since May 2023, Yifei has previously held the position of Senior Manager Internal Audit at Ouster from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at PwC spanned from January 2007 to February 2022, where roles included Manager in Risk and Regulatory and Senior Associate. Early career experience includes serving as an Internal Auditor at Ingram Micro from June 2012 to December 2013. Yifei holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and a Certificate of Accounting from UCLA Extension.
