Niharika Pilla

Niharika Pilla's work experience includes various roles in technology and management positions. Niharika currently serves as the SVP, Head of Technology at Capital Bank, N.A. Niharika has previously held roles as the SVP, Head of Enterprise Service Delivery, Software Engineering, & Enterprise Architecture and SVP, Head of Enterprise Service Delivery & Integration at the same company. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Director, Enterprise Service Delivery, Software Development, & Enterprise Architecture at Truliant Federal Credit Union. Before that, they worked as the Manager, Enterprise Applications Administration & Integration at the same company. Niharika has also held positions at Shelby County Government, where they served as IT Applications Manager/Lead Senior IT Consultant and Project Manager. In addition, they have experience as the Manager, Enterprise Resources Planning at Cable Assembly LLC and Manager, Management Information Systems at Shelby County Trustee. Niharika also has experience in research and supervision roles from their time at The University of Memphis.

Niharika Pilla earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics Engineering from Andhra University in the years 2001 to 2005. Niharika then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from The University of Memphis from 2006 to 2008. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Memphis. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Leadership Greensboro from the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce in February 2021, and certifications from Microsoft as a Certified Application Developer and Certified Professional in 2008. Niharika also received a Professional Development certification in 2012 from the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis and completed the Professionalism First program provided by First Tennessee Bank and the Fogelman College of Business in 2012.
