Hoda El Gerges

Hoda El Gerges began their work experience in 2000 as an Administration Manager at High Point Rendel. Hoda held this position until 2007. In 2007, they joined Capital Banking Solutions as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are the Head of the Human Resources Department at Capital Banking Solutions, where they are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR functions. Prior to their role at Capital Banking Solutions, Hoda was a Personnel Manager at Capital Outsourcing, where they established, managed, and implemented all personnel functions in the HR department.

Hoda El Gerges has a diverse education history spanning several years. Hoda attended College des Peres Antonins - Baabda from 1993 to 1994, where they earned a Lebanese Baccalaureate Degree, 2nd part in the Experimental Sciences Division. From 1995 to 1999, Hoda attended IPNET University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Auditing. In 2008, they pursued a HR Diploma at Haighazian University in the field of Human Resources, completing the program in 2009. In 2009 and 2010, Hoda attended Morgan International and earned a Certificate of Completion in SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). Hoda furthered their professional development by attending various conferences and shows. In 2013, they participated in a course at CIPD and received a Certificate of attendance. Hoda also attended the HR Analytics Conference & Workshop in London in 2014, earning another certificate from CIPD. That same year, they also attended the 2014 Learning & Development show organized by CIPD. In 2015, Hoda participated in the Annual Conference & Exhibition 2015 organized by CIPD.
