Rita Zouein

Rita Zouein has over 19 years of work experience in the banking industry. Rita started their career as an Internal Auditor at the Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l in 2001. In this role, they assisted in the preparation of financial and audit reports, conducted audits of credit files and documents, and reviewed accounting vouchers.

In 2008, Rita joined Capital Banking Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst. Their responsibilities included validating business requirements, conducting banking training on new products, and developing and completing business test scenarios.

In 2014, Rita was promoted to the role of Product Manager at Capital Banking Solutions. Rita took ownership of various modules, including Payments, Cash Operations, Reconciliation, and Card Management. Rita was responsible for the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring scalability for banks of all sizes globally.

Rita Zouein attended Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.
