Britni MacChia

Britni Macchia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and media. Currently serving as Manager of Proposal Strategy at Capital BlueCross since November 2016, Britni has previously held roles as Senior Marketing Communications Consultant and Proposal & Marketing Writer within the same organization. Prior to this, Britni worked at CBS21 WHP-TV from January 2008 to September 2016, progressing through various positions including Producer, Associate Producer, and Production Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing newscasts to training new staff and managing social media. Additionally, Britni gained valuable experience as an intern at C-SPAN, assisting with research and production for the Washington Journal. Britni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
