Charles Rush

Charles Rush is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist in Enterprise Scheduling at Capital Blue Cross since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing batch file processes and the enterprise scheduling system, as well as implementing reports. Previous roles include Data Engineer I, IT Service Support Tech II at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, IT Intern at Day and Zimmerman NPC, and Helpdesk Analyst Level 2.
