Debra Bream

Debra Bream has over 30 years of work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Debra is currently working at Capital Blue Cross as the Director of Compensation since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Sales Compensation at the same company starting in June 2021. Before joining Capital Blue Cross, Debra worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at the company from March 2014 to June 2021.
