Kristen Morgan

Kristen (Cooney) Morgan has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kristen began their career at JP Morgan in 2000, working as an HR Assistant. Kristen then moved on to FXall, where they served as a Jr. HR Generalist from 2001 to 2002. Following this, Kristen joined Ports America, Inc. as an HR Director from 2002 to 2007. Kristen then transitioned to Anthem, Inc., where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Consultant Sr. from 2007 to 2020. Most recently, Kristen has been working at Capital Blue Cross, starting as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in 2020 and currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partners.

Kristen (Cooney) Morgan attended Binghamton University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource & Information Systems. Kristen also obtained a certification in Everything DiSC® from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2022.
