Andria Tovar

Andria Tovar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently, as Senior Director of HR Business Partners at PenFed Credit Union since April 2019, Andria provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and oversees HR initiatives for various business lines. Previously, in the role of Director of Human Resources at Davis Vision from December 2017 to March 2019, Andria established a new HR department post-divestiture and collaborated closely with senior leaders on key HR issues. Earlier roles included directing key HR functions at HVHC Inc. and leading HR for over 7,000 associates at Visionworks. Andria’s educational background includes a BBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from Tarleton State University.
