Susan Hubley

Susan Hubley has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and community affairs. Susan worked for Capital BlueCross as the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility from 2017 to present, where they oversee the corporate giving budget, volunteer program, and community outreach initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Highmark Inc. for almost 30 years, starting in 1988 as the Director of Community Affairs. In this role, they directed corporate giving and community outreach initiatives in multiple regions of Pennsylvania and represented the corporation on various community boards and committees.

Susan Hubley attended Susquehanna Twp. High School, where they completed their secondary education. Susan later pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications Journalism and Public Relations at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
