Alicia Ronan

Alicia Ronan began their work experience in 1999 at Publix Super Markets, where they worked as a Customer Service Associate until 2012. In 2005, they joined Capital City Bank Group, Inc. and held various positions including Client Service Center Associate, Software Support Analyst, Project Analyst, Software Support Manager, Loan Operations Manager, Vice President & Bank Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Bank Operations Group Manager. Throughout their career, Alicia has been involved in overseeing loan servicing functions, managing software support teams, and leading projects such as changing insurance tracking vendors.

Alicia Ronan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Flagler College from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State University from 2000 to 2002. Currently, they are studying at Florida State University for a Juris Master degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance, which they expect to complete in 2023.
