Hailey Galloway

Hailey Galloway currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator II at Capital City Fruit, where responsibilities include supporting the HR Director and managing HR functions for over 170 employees, as well as maintaining the HR SharePoint site. Previously, Hailey held the position of Recruiting Administrative Assistant at TMC Transportation, focusing on background and reference checks for applicants. Additional experience includes volunteering at Shelter House in Iowa City, performing front desk tasks, and serving as a Barista and Shift Manager at Starbucks, where Hailey demonstrated effective time management and received the "Partner of the Quarter" award. Hailey Galloway holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Non-Profit, Public, and Organizational Management, as well as Social Work from the University of Iowa.
