Laura Sefcik, MPH, MSW, LISW-S, BSN, RN, serves as the Manager for Hospice RN Transitional Care Navigators at Capital City Hospice, where mentoring and leadership are provided across all branches. With a diverse background in healthcare, Laura has held roles such as Clinical Liaison and Hospice Nurse, focusing on transitional care and clinical assessments for hospice eligibility. Laura's experience extends to case management for children with developmental disabilities, oncology data abstraction, and founding Fluttering Families, an organization dedicated to supporting children with special needs. Laura holds multiple degrees in public health and social work from The Ohio State University and Bowling Green State University, enhancing a robust clinical and therapeutic skill set.
