Darya Khamiankova

Darya Khamiankova serves as a Senior Legal Counsel at Capital.com since May 2024, following a tenure as Legal Counsel at Akveo from July 2022 to June 2024, where over 200 agreements were drafted and reviewed. Prior experience includes roles at av.by as a Legal Advisor and Legal Counsel, facilitating the company’s registration as a resident of Belarus High Technologies Park and negotiating numerous marketing agreements, alongside a distinguished period at SplitMetrics involving the review of over 500 agreements. Darya contributed to the European Values Center for Security Policy as an Associate, producing analytical articles, and holds a Master's degree in European Studies from Università degli Studi di Firenze, complemented by bachelor's degrees in European Private Law and International Private Law.
