Sam Griffin has an extensive work experience in various industries. Sam started their career in 2000 as an Operations Manager at Hard Rock Cafe, where they gained valuable experience in managing operations. In 2002, they served as a General Manager Operations at Captains Quarters before joining Bistro 42 in 2009 as the Principal Owner. At Bistro 42, they were responsible for daily operations, staffing, training, promoting, and managing the business portfolio.
In 2015, Sam became an Enterprise Sales Manager at QSR Automations, where they excelled in client-facing consultative sales. Sam met and exceeded regional sales goals, developed strategies for new business, and utilized sales tracking systems to follow up on leads and referrals.
In 2019, Sam became a Co-Founder and Partner at Capital Connect, LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in franchise business brokering, commercial real estate services, capital markets, and capital funding.
Sam's most recent role is as a Senior Partner at Gilezan Global Brokered by eXp Commercial, where they specialize in retail/hospitality brokerage, industrial and land acquisitions for all commercial entities in or around the Mid-West territory. Sam assists clients in acquiring, selling, or expanding into the market.
