LaWanda Brannon, CMCA, AMS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. LaWanda started their career in 1999 as a Personal Banker at Bank of America and worked there until 2004. LaWanda then joined CCMC in 2005, initially as an Administrative Coordinator, providing efficient solutions for homeowner and vendor inquiries. In 2014, LaWanda began their role as a Lifestyle Director, crafting opportunities for diverse populations to connect and celebrate life together through community events and experiences. LaWanda later transitioned to Community Manager positions, overseeing the operations of communities and ensuring residents' needs were met. Since December 2021, LaWanda has been serving as the Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC, demonstrating their growth and leadership within the company. Their experience also includes working as an Executive Administrator and Office Manager, where they provided administrative support and oversaw office and facility operations. Throughout their career, LaWanda has consistently demonstrated their commitment to excellent customer service and creating meaningful connections within communities.

LaWanda Brannon, CMCA, AMS attended Louisiana State University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Economics. In addition to their degree, LaWanda has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Most recently, in September 2021, they acquired the AMS certification from the Community Associations Institute.
