Lynda Goldberg is an experienced Learning & Development manager with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at CCMC since May 2023, Lynda focuses on fostering community engagement through innovative learning experiences. Previously, Lynda held similar managerial roles at Centuri Group, Inc., where responsibilities included developing learning strategies, managing budgets, and vendor relationships, and at Mitel, leading a Learning & Development team across the Americas. Lynda's career began at Inter-Tel Technologies Inc., culminating in a role as Director of Inter-Tel University, where training programs were enhanced to improve efficiency and productivity. Lynda holds a degree in Home Economics from Texas State University.
