Scott Selman has a diverse work experience in the community management industry. Scott began their career as the Front Office Manager at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in 1997, focusing on providing exceptional customer service. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Club Manager at The Owners Club at Barton Creek. Scott then transitioned to the role of General Manager at Mammoth 8050, where they oversaw the opening of a luxury fractional ownership condo facility. In 2008, they became the Executive Director of the Steiner Ranch Community Association, managing a large-scale community with various properties and associations. Following this, they founded Five Star Community Management, a full-service community and HOA management company, in 2015. Scott joined GrandManors in 2019 as the Vice President of Onsite Management, where they provided lifestyle management services to partner communities. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC.

Scott Selman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin between 1986 and 1992.
