Natshalie Cabán's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as an Assistant Sales Manager & Event Coordinator at Villa Montana Beach Resort. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Catering Sales Coordinator at Hotel El Convento. In 2009, Natshalie joined Picó & Blanco, P.S.C. as an Associate, where they conducted due diligence on acquisitions and drafted legal documentation. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Kyotofu, handling finance, accounting, and management responsibilities. Natshalie then moved on to Doral Financial Corporation in 2013, where they held roles as an Analyst, Associate, and Vice President. During their time there, they managed a large real estate portfolio, oversaw loan restructuring, and ensured compliance with regulatory policies. Finally, they joined Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC in 2015 and has held roles as Vice President and Senior Vice President, overseeing payment processing, team management, and office operations.

Natshalie Cabán has a diverse education history. Natshalie began their education journey from 2002 to 2005 at the University of Puerto Rico - Carolina, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business and Economic Law. Most recently, in 2021, Natshalie joined Columbia Business School, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
