Starting at the bottom twenty years ago and working his way into this role has taught him many things. At the top of that list is: “Cap Data is only as good as their people”. The energy and work ethic his team brings to the office every day is incredible, and it shows in their deep and long term relationships with clients and partners. His passion is around getting to know each customer and personally interacting with them to better understand their business and unique challenges.
