Masood Ali Khan

Masood Ali Khan is an experienced urban and regional planner with a strong background in land use planning and development compliance. Currently serving as an Assistant Director/Town Planner for the Capital Development Authority since June 2020, Masood oversees due diligence assessments for housing schemes and ensures compliance with zoning policies. Previous roles include positions at the University of Vermont as a Graduate Research Assistant, and various planning and GIS specialist positions with organizations such as the Works Department, United Nations, and Aga Khan Planning & Building Service. Masood holds multiple master's degrees in regional development planning and is pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Development Policy at the University of Vermont.
