Adam Mendes

Adam Mendes, CPA, CA, currently serves as SVP Finance and Corporate Development at Capital Developments since April 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was a Board Observer and member of the Investment Committee at Beanfield from September 2023 to March 2024. Adam's previous experience includes serving as Director Transactions at OMERS Infrastructure and holding several positions within OMERS from 2016 to 2022, including Managing Director and Director of Tax. Adam also worked at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as Senior Manager and Manager of Income Tax in Investment Finance, and held roles at SmartCentres REIT and KPMG in Canada. Adam holds a degree in Administrative Studies with a focus on Accounting from York University and is recognized by Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
