Calli Moise

Calli Moise has worked at various organizations in different roles over the years. Calli began their career as a Sales Associate at Sports Authority from October 2012 to December 2014. During this time, they assisted customers in making purchase decisions and excelled at encouraging customers to sign up for the store's loyalty program. Calli then joined Capital District YMCA as an Intern in the Communications/Marketing Department for 260 hours from May 2015 to July 2015. Here, they collaborated with the Communications Director and staff from multiple locations to enhance communication with members and summer camp participants. Calli created and managed social media posts on Facebook. Calli returned to Capital District YMCA as a Program Coordinator from December 2015 to November 2016. In this role, they scheduled and coordinated programs for youth and teens, developed program curriculums, and promoted and marketed programs. Calli received several recognitions, including being named the 2019 Capital District YMCA Employee of the Year and being recognized as a Cause Driven Leader in April 2019. Calli then progressed to the position of Director of Operations at Capital District YMCA from October 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations. From March 2022 to January 2023, they served as the Executive Director of the organization. Currently, Calli holds the position of Executive Director and Association Operations Director at Capital District YMCA, starting in January 2023. As part of their role, they are responsible for managing the organization's operations and providing strategic leadership. Additionally, Calli also gained experience as a Supervisor/Volunteer Coach at Ramapo Valley Soccer Club from January 2013 to April 2016. In this role, they coached and supervised children, encouraged their participation, and communicated instructions effectively.

Calli Moise obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management and Marketing from St. Thomas Aquinas College, attending from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received an Advanced Regents Diploma from Lansingburgh High School, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Calli received CPR, First Aid & AED certification from the American Red Cross in May 2021. Calli also obtained a Wilderness First Aid certification from ASHI in June 2017. Additionally, in November 2014, they obtained the United States Soccer Federation National "E" License.
