Maddy Brown

Maddy Brown is currently the Executive Director at Capital District YMCA, a position held since November 2024. Maddy is also the Founder of Maddy Brown Basketball, which has been providing basketball training for boys and girls in the Rochester area since February 2010. Previous roles include Recreation and Special Events Coordinator for the City of Pittsfield from June 2023 to November 2024, and General Manager positions at Impact Athletic Center (August 2021 - July 2023) and Tri-County Sports Complex (August 2016 - August 2021). Maddy also served as Assistant to the Athletic Director and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester from October 2013 to August 2016, and as Women's Basketball Coach at Rochester Institute of Technology from August 2010 to October 2012. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Sport Management from West Texas A&M University.
