Matthew Pointon

Matthew Pointon is a Senior Property Economist at Capital Economics, where responsibilities include overseeing coverage of the UK commercial market since July 2022. Previously, Matthew served as a Property Economist at Capital Economics from August 2012 to January 2021 and held roles at HM Treasury from September 2003 to June 2012 as a Senior Economic Adviser and Assistant Economist. Matthew holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Bath.
