Kevin Stillman

Kevin Stillman is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2002. Since July 2002, Kevin has held multiple titles at Capital Engineering, including President, Principal, and Senior Associate. Additionally, since September 2020, Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange, the oldest and largest construction industry association in the Sacramento region, supporting over 900 member companies through various educational, advocacy, and networking initiatives.
