Elaine Mukarakate

Elaine Mukarakate is a Structural Engineer with comprehensive experience in the engineering field. Currently working at Capital Engineering since January 2022, Elaine previously held a similar role at Associated Engineering from June 2017 to May 2022. Earlier, Elaine contributed as a Project Coordinator at Bird Construction, where responsibilities included managing turnover documents for a large-scale project and interpreting technical drawings. Elaine began their professional journey as a Student Caller at the University of Alberta, focusing on alumni relations and fundraising efforts. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and has foundational qualifications in Civil Engineering from the International College of Manitoba and Lomagundi College.
