Lanette Dailey-Reese

Lanette Dailey-Reese serves as the Founding Executive Director of Capital Experience Lab (CapXLab), which focuses on experiential learning through diverse cultural experiences in Washington, D.C. In addition, Dailey-Reese owns LDR Next Level Consulting and has held multiple leadership roles, including Board Member at Charter School Development Corporation and Fellowship at Camelback Ventures. As a New School Creation Fellow with High Tech High, Dailey-Reese contributed to innovative approaches in K-12 education. Previous positions include Executive Director at City Arts and Prep Public Charter School and Executive Director of Educational Partnerships at the International Center for Leadership in Education. Dailey-Reese's career also encompasses experience as Assistant Director for the School District of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Program Liaison at California University of Pennsylvania. Dailey-Reese holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and Management from Drexel University.
