A corporate and transactional attorney by trade, Thomas G. Donahue has unique knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity matters. He has advised middle-market and small privately held companies on financing strategies to help optimize growth strategies, assist with succession planning, facilitate corporate recapitalization and reorganization, evaluate shareholder value, facilitate management buyouts and the like.
His experience has been focused on the services side of the real estate, energy, pharmaceutical, transportation, technology and financial sectors. Tom understands that stringent legal and financial controls, along with sound organizational structure, are crucial to solving an organization’s problems.
Tom earned degrees in finance, general management and human resources from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He serves as a board member of several national charities and avidly enjoys skiing and fly-fishing.
