Amol Topkar

Amol Topkar is a seasoned software development manager with expertise in leading teams and managing significant projects within the financial technology sector. Currently at Capital Group since March 2015, Amol oversees the development and enhancement of a proprietary Equity Trading platform, managing a portfolio with an annual budget exceeding $10 million. Previously, Amol served as a vice president of product management at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on pre-trade risk checks in the Futures and Options and Equity sectors. Amol has also held roles at Mantara as a product manager, at Viewpointe as a lead QA engineer, and at TD Ameritrade as a QA lead, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality assurance and product delivery throughout an extensive career that began at Schering as a senior QA engineer. Amol holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mumbai.
