Chaka Purdie

Chaka Purdie is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Client Services Manager, AVP, at Grameen Foundation since July 2023, and participating on the Development Committee. Prior to this role, Chaka held the position of Senior Manager Training Development at Capital Group from November 2007 to September 2024, focusing on team leadership and training initiatives. Chaka also has a background as a Training and Development Manager. Chaka earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University, completing the program in May 2023.
