Emily Murphy

Emily Murphy is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in executive recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the AVP, Talent Acquisition Manager for the Executive & North American Client Group at Capital Group, Emily has previously held key roles at UPMC including Manager of Executive Recruitment and Recruitment Lead. Additional experience includes a Specialist position in Human Resources at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, an Associate role in Corporate & Investment Bank Experienced and Executive Recruiting at J.P. Morgan, and serving as a Human Resource Generalist at The Conti Group. Emily holds a B.A. in Human Development and Communications from Boston College, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2009, and is an alumna of The Seven Hills School.
