Jenna Wilson is a seasoned Diversity, Equity & Inclusion professional with extensive experience at Capital Group since 2005. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, Jenna specializes in embedding DE&I initiatives within organizational culture, having developed a new framework for Capital Communities to enhance clarity and resource alignment in 2021. Previous roles include managing associate engagement and culture measurement, as well as data analysis and project leadership across HR functions. Jenna's early career involved significant contributions to HR technology and recruitment processes. Academically, Jenna holds a Master’s Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Trinity College Dublin and completed a People Analytics course at the University of Pennsylvania.
