Cecilia Majors, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cecilia currently holds the position of Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to this, they served as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Program Manager and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at the same organization.

Before joining the American Institutes for Research, Cecilia worked as a Customer Relations Associate (Part-Time) at Anthropologie for seven years. Cecilia also held the position of Director of Project Management at the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) and served as the Corporate Partnerships Manager at the HACR - Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility.

Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University's Center for Public and Nonprofit Management in 2012. Cecilia'sundergraduate studies led their to New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Latino Studies from 2005 to 2008.
