Joel Kaul

Joel Kaul has over 17 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, currently serving as the Retirement Plan Site Division Manager for the Mid-West & North-east Divisions at Capital Group since April 2006. In this role, Joel leads a team of Internal Retirement Plan Counselors and Defined Contribution Investment only Wholesalers. Prior positions at Capital Group include Assistant Vice President and Retirement Plan Sales Consultant, where responsibilities included managing implementation teams and achieving sales targets. Earlier experience includes roles at OneAmerica and Marshall & Ilsley Trust, focusing on the servicing and management of retirement plan relationships. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Augustana College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
