Johnathan Audi Skabowski has extensive experience in talent strategy and development within the investment management sector. Currently serving at Capital Group since April 2022, Johnathan is involved in talent strategy for one of the largest investment management organizations globally. Prior to this role, Johnathan worked at Oaktree Capital Management as Assistant Vice President of Global Talent & Development, focusing on alternative investments. Johnathan's career began at Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management, where leadership in training and talent development was established, along with various roles in financial planning. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship/New Venture Development from the University at Albany and a B.S. in Finance from Siena College.
