Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Compensation Advisor Lead at Capital Group. Previously, Lauren held various senior positions at OMFIF, including Director of Human Resources, IT and Internal Operations, Director of Operations and Head of HR, and Global Relations Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Assistant at David Marsh & Co, Personal Assistant and Office Manager at SCCO International, and Personal Assistant at Apollo Management. Lauren holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Science & Policy from UNSW (1998-2003).
