Leo Niers is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and training within investment management. Currently, as Managing Director and Head of Capital Learning Consultants for Europe and Asia at Capital Group since February 2022, Leo Niers previously held key positions at Franklin Templeton, where roles included Head of the Franklin Templeton Academy for EMEA and Manager of the Franklin Templeton Academy. Earlier experience includes an Education Content Specialist role at AXA Investment Managers, where educational strategies were developed for financial advisers, and as a European Client Trainer at Franklin Templeton Investments, providing tailored financial education across various formats.
