Letty Ramirez

Letty Ramirez brings extensive experience in information technology and quality management across multiple organizations. At Capital Group | American Funds, Letty served as Application Services Manager and Assistant Vice President focused on Genesys Contact Center, as well as QM Manager from March 2008 to May 2012. Prior experience includes roles as IT Director at USAA from April 2004 to March 2008, QM Director at Aptis from January 2000 to April 2004, Information Technology Director at Qwest Communications from January 1997 to January 1999, and Quality Assurance Manager at U.S. Long Distance from January 1995 to January 1997. Letty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio, attending from January 1984 to January 1991.
