Mark Baker

Mark Baker has over two decades of experience in business services and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Services and Director of Office Services Operations at Capital Group | American Funds since November 1999. In this role, Mark oversees facility and service operations in the Los Angeles offices, as well as global onsite meeting planning, physical security, and technology and change management for the Office Services division. Prior to this position, Mark held roles as Vice President and Sr. Manager of Office Services at Capital Group, and as Front Office Manager and Reservations/Revenue Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
