Ninou Sarwono

Ninou Sarwono is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and strategic growth in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Emerging Technology at Capital Group since July 2008, Ninou has successfully developed technology strategies that leverage partnerships and foster innovation, significantly enhancing the organization’s competitive edge. Previously held positions include Lead Solution Architect for investment management and digital servicing at Capital Group, where architectural and engineering leadership contributed to a substantial increase in assets under management. As a Strategic Advisory Board Member at FTV Capital, Ninou collaborates with industry leaders on growth equity initiatives. Earlier career achievements include overseeing large-scale software projects at iRise, and leading a software engineering team at DTN, where product development focused on serving the agriculture and energy markets. Ninou's academic background includes an MBA in Strategy and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BSC in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
