Daria Nalimova is the Director of Human Resources & Administrative Issues at Capital Group. Daria has over fifteen years of experience in the human resources field. Daria has a strong background in recruiting, having worked as a Recruitment Expert in the Finance & Banking Sector for ManpowerGroup and as the Deputy Chief of the Department of Recruitment and Adaptation for Absolut Bank. In their current role, Daria is responsible for all aspects of human resources for Capital Group, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Daria is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the employee experience at Capital Group.
